MUNICIPALITY OF RUSSELL BINSCARTH GRANTS PROGRAM
The Municipality of Russell Binscarth will distribute up to $5000.00 in bursaries to youth who reside in the Municipality for the purpose of pursuing post-secondary education or training in one of the following fields of study:
Agricultural
Trades
Law
Health
Business
Students, age 18 to 29, who are able to demonstrate their intention to return to the Municipality to live and work upon completion of their program will be given priority.
